What is your return policy?

Once you make a payment, there's no return/refund/exchange on all of live plants and flowers. Please verify the item that you want to purchase and make your decision carefully before paying for an item.

Do you offer delivery service?

We do not sell and ship online, but only deliver to nearby areas after ordering/reserve via Instagram and in-person purchase. If you don't have an Instagram account, please contact Julia through the button below.

We offer free delivery for purchases over $250 within a 10km radius from our store. For purchases under $250 within this radius, there is a delivery fee of $25 WHEN WE ARE AVAILABLE.

If you need a few pots and require shipping or delivery, please reach out to a company that specializes in delivering plants.

Can I purchase an item online and pick it up at the store?

We do not have an online sales system. But Julia will assist you for wireless payment to reserve plants. Please contact Julia through the Instagram or go to Contact page in this website and ask for payment information.

If I buy in bulk, do you offer a wholesale price?

NO. WE DO NOT OFFER WHOLESALE PRICE.

We are a small convenience store that cannot afford the wholesale business.
